Escuela de Manejo ATX collects customer opt-in consent before sending SMS messages. This page serves as proof that a customer expressly agreed to receive text messages from our business for service-related communication.

How Consent Is Collected

When customers complete checkout or booking on our website, they are presented with the following checkbox before submitting their order:

“I agree to receive SMS messages.”

This checkbox is optional and is only accepted when the customer actively chooses to opt in. Customers may complete their booking without selecting this option; however, if they select it, that action qualifies as affirmative consent for SMS communication.

What We Use SMS For
