ATX Driving School collects customer opt-in consent before sending SMS messages. This page serves as proof that a customer expressly agreed to receive text messages from our business for service-related communication.

How Consent Is Collected

When customers complete checkout or booking on our website, they are presented with the following checkbox before submitting their order:

“I agree to receive SMS messages.”

This checkbox is optional and is only accepted when the customer actively chooses to opt in. Customers may complete their booking without selecting this option; however, if they select it, that action qualifies as affirmative consent for SMS communication.

What We Use SMS For

We may send text messages for appointment reminders, schedule updates, payment confirmation, lesson notifications, road test reminders, and service-related updates.
